For client EETC in Egypt, ADVEC conducted the grid impact analysis for the 1645 MWp Benban PV Project, ensuring smooth integration of large-scale solar generation into the national network. The team completed its technical scope between 2022 and 2024, evaluating frequency stability, voltage stability, and overall grid performance under high PV penetration.
The project reached full completion after ADVEC finalized all studies and recommendations, marking it as an accomplished milestone for Egypt’s renewable energy infrastructure. Based on the analysis, ADVEC proposed optimal operating modes for the Benban plants, improving grid stability, reducing operational costs, and enabling efficient and reliable power distribution across the country.
